1. Introduction
Welcome to Qitty. This website is an unofficial community project and does not require user registration or account creation.
2. Information We Collect
This site does not include registration forms or collect personal information through forms. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the website.
3. Analytics
No visitor analytics or advertising scripts are included in this version of the website.
4. Legal Basis
Where applicable under EU data protection laws, processing needed to operate and secure the website or respond to enquiries is based on our legitimate interests in providing the website and communicating with visitors.
5. Cookies
This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Hosting infrastructure and external services may have their own technical requirements and privacy practices.
6. Third-Party Services
The material library displays video thumbnails hosted by YouTube. Loading these images sends a request to YouTube’s servers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. When you choose a video preview, a YouTube player loads in an overlay on this website using youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube may process technical information and playback activity when the player loads or you watch a video. You can also use the direct link to watch on YouTube. External websites, including YouTube, apply their own privacy policies. Artwork and audio in the material library are served from this website.
7. Data Security
We do not maintain a visitor account database. Information you send by email is handled through our email service provider. Hosting providers process technical data under their own security and retention practices. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
9. Contact
If you have questions about privacy or wish to make a request about personal information you have sent us, contact theqitty@outlook.com.
